Abstract

Will Marquis, 19, who police say belongs to a gang called the FSU Posse, yesterday was charged with disorderly conduct for failing to control his pit bull terrier during a September 12 dogfight in the Old Port. Five witnesses to the dogfight said Marquis made no attempt to pull his dog away, and that he he swore and lunged at people who tried to break up the dogfight. Details.
