Abstract

A new poll conducted Portland Press Herald in conjunction with the Central Maine Newspapers shows that Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joseph Brennan has lost some support, while independent candidate Angus King has gained. The poll surveyed 512 likely voters statewide, and indicates that U.S. represenative Olympia Snowe continues to dominate the race to succeed U.S. senator George Mitchell. Details.
