Abstract

A 35-year-old woman yesterday was sexually assaulted in her bed at Maine Medical Center in Portland, and a South Portland man was charged with unlawful sexual contact after he fled from the room and was apprehended. The unidentified man had been brought to the hospital's emergency room for detoxification and apparently walked around the hospital for several hours without being detected. Details.
