Abstract

Evolution Company Inc. of Rockland has developed a marine drive shaft that dramatically reduces vibration, and though 2.2 million recreational boats could use the system only 50 units have been sold. Sam Tibbetts, one of the company's founders, developed the Evolution Marine Shaft System, which features a shaft with a flexible connection to the engine. Details.
