Abstract

The South Portland Planning Department and the mayor's Knightville-Mill Creek Advisory Panel yesterday held a meeting as part of the ongoing effort to plan for the changes expected in the Knightville-Mill Creek area as a result of the construction of the new Portland-South Portland Bridge. Proposals discussed include turning Waterman Drive into a park, constructing an eight-story condominium complex in the middle of Gateway Park and turning the area into a retail center. Details.
