Abstract

A dozen Yarmouth youths between the ages of 15 and 18 have been hanging out in Royal River Park, and vandalism and violence by the juveniles has some residents afraid to use the park. Town coucilors will meet next week to discuss the possiblity of closing the park at night. Three of the juveniles have been arrested in recent weeks and charged with unrelated crimes.
