Abstract

York County Superior Court Judge Thomas E. Humphrey on Wednesday ruled against the Maine Department of Transportation and awarded Raymond McKenna $300,000 for damages incurred after being hit by a state snowplow four years ago. McKenna, a poet from Lebanon, is severely and permanently brain-damaged and is living in a nursing home in Massachusetts.
