Abstract

Ed Gerrish of Stockton Springs, leader of the anti-abortion group instrumental in halting abortions at offices in Rockport and Falmouth, said his group has moved its operations to Bangor to target the Mabel Wadsworth Women's Health Center. Ruth Lockhart, executive director of the center, said the efforts will fail, and that the center is planning to expand its abortion services. A window at the back of the center was broken during protests last week, but Gerrish denied any involvement. Details.
