Abstract
Edward Cloutier, 66, the Livermore Falls lawyer convicted of vehicular manslaughter, reportedly has respiratory problems, heart failure, edema and kidney problems. Cloutier was sentenced to ten years in prison in 1993, with about half the sentence suspended. He is currently incarcerated at the Maine Correctional Center in Windham, and his lawyer said he is so ill he might not live to serve out the rest of his sentence. Details.
