Abstract

The Cape Elizabeth Planning Board has endorsed a set of zoning regulations intended to give the Pond Cove commercial district a village atmosphere. The plan, designed to bring more business to the area and make it more accessible to pedestrians, would also help the town pursue $400,000 in federal funds available under the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act.
