Abstract

Kenneth M. Allen, formerly chief aide to House Speaker John L. Martin, and Michael T. Flood, a former legislative clerk, are to be sentenced in Kennebec County Superior Court on April 30 for their roles in the recent State House ballot-tampering scandal. Both men have pleaded guilty to burglary charges.
