Abstract

Kenneth M. Allen, 41, of Sydney, sentenced to 25 days in jail for his part in the State House ballot-tampering scandal, will have eight days subtracted from his sentence for good behavior. Allen was also placed on four years probation, fined $2,000, required to perform 1,500 hours of public service and ordered to continue alcoholic and psychiatric counseling.
