Abstract

The state Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices recommended that Republican lawmaker Gerald A. Hillock of Gorham be seated in one of the House races that was a focus of the ballot-tampering investigation. The House makes the final decision on whether to seat Hillock over Democratic opponent Elden McKean.
