Abstract

The state Bureau of Employment Security has ruled that Leon Planche, fired from his position as police chief of Cumberland, is entitled to receive $198 per week in unemployment benefits because of conflicting testimony in his disciplinary hearing did not clearly indicate he engaged in misconduct.
