Cape Elizabeth Town Manager Micahel K. McGowan has proposed charging residents $100 to use Spurwink Church, a $30 increase over the previous fee. The 191-year-old church is a draw for weddings, and McGovern hjopes the fee increase will make the town-owned church at Spurwink and Bowery Beach self-supporting. List of rates.
