Abstract

Cape Elizabeth Summer Services has become a model of town and school cooperation, attracting notice far beyond Maine. Begun 15 years ago, the program, a division of the school department, provides a wide range of activities for children and adults. The program operates year-round on a budget of more than $500,000.
