Abstract
Cumberland County Superior Court justice Nancy Mills refused a request by two Camp Fire club leaders to block the sale of 58.6 acres of Scarborough's Camp Ketcha, resulting in the Tuesday sale of one-third of the camp's land to developer Elliott Chamberlain of ALC Development Corp. ALC, which paid the camp $190,000 with another $110,000 due by October 1, plans to build 14 or 15 $200,000 to $300,000 homes on the land.
