Abstract

Scarborough Downs owner Joe Ricci said the proposed changes in the Scarborough ordinance regulating mass gatherings has forced him to cancel a booking for Lollapalooza, a traveling rock festival featuring highly popular bands such as Pearl Jam and Red Hot Chili Peppers. Ricci vowed to sue the town over the ordinance.
