Abstract

Attorney General Michael E. Carpenter released a report of the investigation into a recent shooting of a drug suspect by state trooper Stephen J. Shea in Sanford which says that the shooting was justified. Carl E. Himes, 37, of Biddeford, was shot in the left arm during the incident.
