Abstract

Portland plans to seek a $5 million grant for a major expansion and renovation of the International Marine Terminal on Commercial Street, which is used by the Scotia Prince ferry line, container cargo ships and cruise ships. Plans call for a tripling of the container yard from the current 69,000 square feet to 254,000 square feet. Details.
