Abstract

Portland police have asked the city council to deny the liquor license renewal of the Seaman's Club because of liquor violations at Leo's Billiards, which shares the Seaman's Club building and is owned by the same owner. Monopoly Inc., the company of Joseph L. Soley, admitted that violations occurred at Leo's Billiards and paid $2,000 in fines. Details.
