Abstract

Portland police have arrested a 17-year boy from Windham and a 16-year-old Portland boy and charged them with aggravated criminal mischief. The boys are believed to be responsible for the overturining of 69 gravestones in Portland's Evergreen Cemetery last weekend. Volunteers have repaired the damage.
