Abstract

Kelly DeWitt, the 10-year-old girl charged in last week's fatal Biddeford apartment fire, has apparently been shuttled among family members since her parents were divorced five years ago. Shirley Linderman of Saco, who is representing Kelly, says that fire-setting by children is often a sign of underlying trouble. Details.
