Abstract
The town of Yarmouth is faced with the prospect of a revaluation which would shift much of the tax burden from Central Maine Power Co., which owns the Wyman Station power plant on Cousins Island, to homeowners. The town's Economic Development Advisory Committee is continuing to examine development potential in areas within Yarmouth in an effort to lessen the tax burden for residents.
