Abstract

Edin Mehinovic, 14, and Nermina Omeragic, 13, both of Bosnia, were evacuated from that war-torn country by the groups International Organization for Migration and Veterans for Peace to receive medical care here in Maine. The two held a press conference Saturday at the Falmouth home of Ross and Jennifer Furman, with whom Nermina is now staying. Details.
