Abstract

Eddie Lord, 32, a transient originally from Connecticut, has been charged with manslaughter after he allegedly ran a red light and hit two Portland teenagers on Park Avenue Tuesday evening. Larry Carter, 19, was killed, and Marissa Irving, 15, suffered head injuries in the accident.
