Abstract

Gov. McKernan's $10 million proposal to expand the state's televised instruction network would bring all of the state's high schools into the system, allowing high school students to take advantage of the same high-tech teaching methods available to college students since 1989. Currently, 55 of the state's 125 high schools are tied into the system.
