Abstract

An official with Hannaford Bros. Co. said the company has no immediate plans to develop or sell the 62.5-acre Gorham Raceway property. Hannaford has been trying for nearly a decade to win town approval for a shopping center on the Route 202 property, and the Planning Board recently helped clear the way by recommending a rezoning of the area.
