Senate President Dennis Dutremble, D-Biddeford, debated the issue of term limits for Maine legislators with Portland consultant Rick Barton on a WCSH-TV program to be aired Thursday. Dutremble claimed that the consitutional rights of voters will be violated if the referendum passes. Details.
