Abstract

A Penobscot County Superior Court jury convicted Patricia Harper, 41, of Houlton, of murdering her boyfriend, Richard Pinard. It was Harper's second conviction for the crime; the Maine Supreme Judicial Court set aside the original conviction because it said Harper didn't receive a fair trial.
