Abstract

U.S. District Judge Morton A. Brody has ruled that half-brothers Hubert E. Hartley and Henry P. Lombard Jr. will be tried together on federal conspiracy and firearms charges. In separate trials, Hartley and Lombard were both acquitted of responsiblity for the execution-style murders of Paul A. Lindsey Jr. and Morris "Buddy" Martin on Thanksgiving Day 1990.
