Abstract

The Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation Study is funding a project with federal and state money that will examine traffic patterns on the 1.5 mile stretch of Stevens Avenue between Brighton and Forest avenues. With 20,000 vehicles travelling it each day, the road is one of the busiest in Portland.
