Abstract

A lawsuit brought by South Portland City Councilor Kevin J. Glynn and and school board member Julie Conroy alleging election fraud by the city and three of its employees during last year's June primary in District 1 has been rejected a third time. Glynn and Conroy have the option of appealing to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
