Abstract

The Maine Department of Transportation is being criticized for its Transportation Improvement Program, which contains numerous proposals which may not be as environmentally sensitive as thought. Federal money for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality projects is intended to improve air quality, but the DOT's proposed projects have not been proven to be beneficial. Details.
