Abstract

Hyde School officials yesterday lifted the recently imposed suspension of a pilot program at Gardiner Area High School after parents of students agreed to assume a more active role. The experimental program requires students to play sports, perform in a musical production and undertake a community service project. Officials believe academic achievement will flow from the outside activities.
