Abstract

Two Scarborough women have formed SPLASH (Scarborough Pool League Actively Seeking Help), an organization which advocates putting a community swimming pool at the proposed middle school. The Scarborough Board of Education has said it will support the proposal as long as the school department doesn't have to pay for it and the project doesn't affect the design of the proposed $9.85 million middle school.
