Abstract

Celeste Winston, 46, of Wells, who suffered second- and third-degree burns over 30 percent of her body on July 7 when a leaking propane tank caught fire and ignited her clothes, has undergone skin grafts in a Boston hospital. The incident is one of three involving gas grills in southern Maine this month.
