Abstract

Portland city officials are proposing a new road that would stretch from the St. John Street rotary to Sewall Street on Thompson's Point, thereby linking Interstate 295 with Commercial Street and promoting business development near the Fore River. It is estimated that the new road would cost between $5 million and $10 million.
