Abstract

Windham town councilors voted 5-2 in favor of relaxing the town's housing density standard for developments built for elderly residents, a move which will allow the proposed Marcus Woods Senior Housing project to move forward. The town recently won a $1.2 million federal Farmers Home Administration grant to build the 20-unit project. Details.
