Portland has hired the Tishman Construction Corp. of Massachusetts to review renovation estimates for the Portland City Hall Auditorium. The city will pay the firm up to $10,000 to determine whether the $7.8 million estimate provided by project architect Winston Scott is a valid figure. Details.
