Abstract

Kennebunkport town officials have determined that the federal government violated the town's zoning laws when it constructed a helicopter landing pad for then-President Bush in 1989, but the town has no legal recourse since it was done in the name of national security. Town planners will decide the fate of the landing pad at some point after October 13. Details.
