Abstract

Portland's federally-funded Transitional Living Program has lost its $200,000 operating budget, forcing administrators to cut back on counseling services and operating hours. The program offers counseling to teenagers, and the loss of its budget will severely affect the YWCA Street Program because Street Program clients made use of those counseling services. Details.
