Abstract

The contents of the Mary Elizabeth Barnes home in Brunswick will be sold at auction today. The mountain of items at the Barneses Bay View Farms represents almost a century of collecting by a single family. The Barneses moved into the 12-room house in 1900. It is now owned by Dorothy LeMay of Harpswell, a cousin of Mary Elizabeth Barnes.
