Abstract

Central Maine Power Co. on Wednesday disputed claims by the Coalition for Lower Utility Bills that a $4 million penalty assessed against the company was too low. Coalition leaders maintain that the penalty should have been closer to the $35 million penalty recommended by the Public Utilities Commission staff. Details.
