Abstract

In return for a recommended suspended sentence, Michael T. Flood yesterday pleaded guilty in Kennebec Superior Cout to one count of burglary in connection with a ballot-tampering scheme involving two legislative elections. Attention is now focusing on Kenneth M. Allen, to aide to House Speaker John L. Martin. Allen is believed to be the mastermind behind the scheme. Long details.
