Abstract

The state Attorney General's Office will not seek a murder conviction against 10-year-old Kelly DeWitt, charged with setting a Biddeford fire which claimed the life of 2-year-old Ashley Alvarez of Massachusetts. As a juvenile, DeWitt could face the same sentence if found guilty of either murder or felony arson. Details.
