Abstract

Maine Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation officials have closed a food bank operated by Port Resources, the private, non-profit agency which runs 17 houses in Greater Portland and Auburn for mentally retarded adults. The agency has also been ordered to refurbish several homes and fix smoke detectors, leaking toilets and broken windows. Details.
