Abstract
Residents of the Noble Court mobile home park in Topsham are upset at International Paper subsidiary Masonite for not cutting down tree limbs they say pose a threat to their homes. Masonite's property abuts the park, and four of five mobile homes next to the tree line have reported damage from falling debris. Noble Court owner Linda Noble said Masonite officials promised to remedy the situation after a January 1995 ice storm, but never did.
