Abstract

A small crew of volunteers last week finished construction of a lean-to on the summit of Mars Hill, part of the International Appalachian Trail. Officials in Quebec have already dedicated more than 100 miles of the IAT, and New Brunswick officials say 40 miles of the trail have been completed. New Brunswick this month is expected to announce an agreement with Irving Corp., which donated a section of rail line.
