Abstract
"News & Issues" piece on a change in Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife rules being proposed by state senator Leo Kieffer, R-Caribou, that will allow children 12 years old and under to fish with worms from the banks of the Aroostook River. Trout Unlimited opposes the change and is charging that Kieffer has political motives.
